OVERNIGHT
The Lodge at Ranch A Overnight – $950/night
- Accommodates up to 48 persons
- Hours of Use 1pm – 11am

- $150 cleaning deposit – refundable
- $7.50 for bedding or furnish your own. You make your bed and tear down
Smith Family Cabin Overnight – $300 / night
- Accommodates up to 18 persons
- Hours of Use 1pm until 11am
- Wi-Fi
- Kitchen / tables / chairs
- $150 Non-refundable cleaning deposit
- Two-night minimum stay
DAY OR EVENT USE
Lodge – Day Event (Weddings, etc.) – $2,400 / all day
- Accommodates up to 120 persons
- Hours of Use 9am – Midnight
- Wi-Fi
- Kitchen / chairs / table
- Includes Sunday morning for cleanup
- $250 Refundable cleaning deposit (does not include overnight guests)
Lodge – Day Use – $ 300 / day
- Accommodates up to 50 persons
- Hours of Use 9am – 9pm

- $150 Refundable cleaning deposit
Creekside Area / Grounds – $750 / day
- Accommodates up to 250 persons
- Hours of Use 9am – Midnight
- $500 Cleaning deposit – refundable
Additional
- Additional tables $6 / table (6′ round or 8′ banquet)
- Additional chairs $2 / chair (white, slatted plastic)
- Tent (white – 20′ x 20′) $200 (includes setup and take down)
- Trellis (white, 3 sections) $30
Additional Requirements
- Event insurance must be purchased prior to the event
- Portable toilets must be provided for groups over 40 for all outside events
- Ask for a list of third-party vendors to help with your event: caterers, florists, tents, photographers, lighting, etc.
